Terms and conditions

I, the parent/legal guardian of the student declare that:

1. I have entered correctly the details of the student intending to join the centre.
2. I permit my child to participate in activities held in the centre.
3. I am aware that the minimum age for enrolment is 6 years old for boys and girls after initial assessment and discretion of teachers.
4. Fees will be paid in full at the beginning of each month, set up via standing order unless circumstances have been discussed with the administration team of the centre.
5. Fees will be paid in full regardless of the attendance of any child (with exception of special circumstances) throughout the year so long as the child is a registered student of the centre. *FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
6. I will accompany my child to and from mosque entrance (inner door) unless prior permission is sought from the teachers at the centre.
7. I will take into consideration residents and parking restrictions.
8. Disciplinary policies of the centre will be followed. Meaning that if a child receives 3 formal warnings, with notice to parents, they will be removed from the register and will no longer be permitted to attend the centre.
9. It is mandatory for parents and guardians to attend parents evenings when requested.
10. Parents are obliged to observe and monitor their children at home for homework related tasks.
11. Theres is zero tolerance on abuse towards any student or staff member.
